Faithfully Fit Forever

Faithfully Fit Forever is held in the Fellowship Hall every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 A.M.  Everyone is welcome.  This program was designed by MeritCare of Fargo, ND.  The program available to community residents of all ages. It consists of approximately 10 minutes of stretching and warm-ups, 20 minutes of cardio exercises, 10 minutes of weight lifting or theraband exercises, 10 minutes of cool-down stretching and ends with a dally devotional and prayer.  Participants can feel free to exercise at their own ability level.

This program is especially helpful for those with arthritis, high blood pressure, weight, balance and other related health issues.  Plus, it is a great way to start the day.
